These mini-gratins look delishimo. I'll be adding them to my recipe favs. <br /><br />(I recently came across a quiche recipe where the "crust" was finely sliced potato, brushed with butter and layered into the pie/quiche dish. The spuds were baked for a few minutes in the oven before the quiche innards were added.
